This home is absolutely amazing! I spent more than two weeks here with friends in July 2016 and I can’t say enough good things. The location is incredible – a block from bayside beaches, a short walk to great coffee, ice cream and everything else in Southold, and a quick drive to sound-side beaches. The house and pool are dreamy – perfectly appointed, everything high quality but all very simple – just right for a summer vacation house. It’s a great place for kids – the pool is behind a high fence that little ones can’t open, and the basement is a kid’s dream! Rick was communicative and easy to deal with. All of my questions were answered quickly and smoothly. The best, I just can’t say enough good things! Rent this one, you won’t regret it.

Rick was terrific! He was super nice, accommodating, and helpful. This home is more beautiful in person, if you can imagine. Our group consisted of eleven 30 something’s celebrating a friends birthday. There was wine waiting for our group upon our arrival! The home is spacious, beautifully decorated, and very clean. The kithchen was top of the line and the beds in all the bedrooms were comfortbale.The home is right down the road from the beach and there is a beautiful pool in the spacious backyard. The home is ideally situated just a 5 min walk up the road to great restaurants and shops. The home is a short ride to many of the great wineries in North fork and to Greenport. My only regret is we didn’t book the home for longer. I can’t wait to book our stay again soon!

We celebrated my Dad’s 75th birthday with our 4 families at this outstanding house in Sept! We could not have had a better experience! The home is beautifully decorated and the layout is spacious, comfortable and warm! The location is ideal…walking distance to town and the beach.

The owners were so easy to work with and made sure we knew every detail prior to our visit. We don’t have one negative to pass along and highly recommend you strongly consider this fantastic house for your next vacation rental!

My wife, two young daughters and I rented the house for a week leading into Labor Day and had a wonder stay. The house is ideally located – few minutes walk to a private community beach, 10 minute drive to restaurants and shops in Greenport, and in the heart of North Fork wine country.

And the house is perfect – decorated with a tasteful beach vibe, large enough for a family of four (with several additional bedrooms to spare), fully stocked (kitchen has everything, owners leave pool toy for guest use, etc.) and fenced in pool (fun for the kids, but very safe).

The owners are a pleasure to deal with – nice, thoughtful and generally accommodating if there are any issues (they helped us with an early arrival).

Highly recommend the house for all looking on the North Fork.

We had a great vacation! The house was absolutely beautiful. Every room is so beautifully decorated, clean, and comfortable that we never wanted (or really needed) to leave the property., The pool, barbeque, and outdoor shower, were the icing on the cake! Great vacation!

The pictures don’t do this house justice. Each room is beautifully appointed and very comfortable. The kitchen is so well stocked with appliances and gadgets, even if you are a gourmet cook or baker. The pool and the area surrounding the pool were very well kept with plenty of chairs, chaises and umbrellas. There are so many areas in and out of the house to have your meals. The house is perfectly situated with a short walk to the beach. There were some great restaurants within walking distance, too. The owner, Rick, was a pleasure to deal with and was always available to answer any of our questions.
